Property valuation
MAXRY Immobilien Service GmbH offers the field of property valuation through the corresponding DEKRA certification D1 (expert for property valuation) of the managing director York Petersen. This means that the value of residential properties (detached and semi-detached houses) is determined in the form of expert reports. These valuations/appraisals are not only important for property owners due to divorce, inheritance or financial considerations, but also for financing, insurance and other legal aspects in which the value of a property plays a decisive role. These appraisals are prepared using the capitalised earnings value method, the asset value method and the comparative value method, among others. It is guaranteed that these appraisals meet the highest quality standards and fulfil the legal requirements in Germany.

York Petersen studied International Management with a focus on Asset Management and Controlling in Dortmund and graduated with a degree in Business Administration (FH). After working for CBRE, CR Investment and JLL in the investment sector, York Petersen founded MAXRY Immobilien Service GmbH in 2014. In the course of his business career, he has been responsible for real estate transactions in the high three-digit million range.
